Marketing Assistant

Role overview

The Marketing Assistant (part-time or full-time, flexible) is a hands-on execution role supporting a marketing agency’s operational workflow and email marketing efforts. You will keep content scheduling and client communication running smoothly, while building and sending email campaigns using provided strategy and templates.

Responsibilities

Agency client work

• Schedule and publish content across client accounts: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
• Manage day-to-day client communications in group chats (updates, approvals, questions)
• Post Stories for clients at optimal times
• Provide basic community management when required (comments and DMs)
• Ensure smooth handover of assets from the creative team to clients
• Flag major issues or strategic questions to the CEO

Email marketing (Sleek Marketing)

• Build and schedule email campaigns in Kajabi / Go HighLevel (full training provided)
• Follow provided templates, copy, and strategy (not creating strategy from scratch)
• Monitor email performance and flag results
• Keep email lists clean and segmented

Requirements

• Extremely organised, systems- and checklist-driven
• Excellent written communication (professional, friendly, clear)
• Confident using social media and scheduling tools (e.g., Asana, Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite)
• Comfortable learning new tools; willing to be trained on Kajabi and Go HighLevel
• Reliable and deadline-driven
• Prefers following systems over creating strategy
• Seeking a stable role within an agency

Nice to have (not essential)

• Prior experience with email marketing platforms
• Familiarity with Kajabi or Go HighLevel
• Experience working in a social media/marketing agency
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook best practices
