Role Overview

BAGGU is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join its growing Digital Marketing team in San Francisco. This role focuses on executing the marketing strategy across multiple digital channels to support customer acquisition and retention for both retail and wholesale.

Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Support: campaign setup and quality control, budgeting, audience management, and performance reporting across channels including:
- TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads
- Pepperjam, ShopMy (affiliate), and press program support
Email & SMS Marketing Support: quality control, scheduling, building email/SMS flows, tracking subscriber growth, and reporting
General Marketing Team Support:
- Update third-party storefronts
- Troubleshoot bugs on marketing channels
- Coordinate product seeding initiatives
- Support ad hoc marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements

1–2 years of marketing experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to inform marketing tactics
Excellent project management and prioritization with strong attention to detail
Experience with marketing platforms such as:
- Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Advertising, TikTok Advertising, Google Ads, Pepperjam, ShopMy, Triple Whale
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

Location & Working Hours

Remote, working hours 10am–6pm PT
Remote candidates limited to: CA, OR, NM, PA, IL, NJ, MI, NY, VA, WA

Compensation & Benefits

$65,000/year base salary
5% end-of-year bonus
