Market Research Analyst

Role Overview

Blend is hiring a Market Research Analyst to support the implementation and analysis of clients’ quantitative research projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and analysis of quantitative research projects (including multi-source research).
• Help develop questionnaires, polls, and other research instruments.
• Program and deploy surveys/polls in Qualtrics.
• Pull target lists for deployment from various sources/systems.
• Create cross-tabs and verbatim files.
• Append data and customer information.
• Assist in writing/editing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Curate and maintain a Market Intelligence repository of research materials.
• Track research projects across the enterprise.
• Support expansion of VoC/VoE programs, including future Salesforce integration and APIs.
• Maintain and manage clients’ Customer Panel over time.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 3+ years of market research or related experience.
• Prior experience programming and deploying surveys in Qualtrics (or Medallia / similar tools).
• Expert knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with PowerPoint (reporting and presentation features).
• Strong analytic/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization, ability to multitask, and comfort working independently.
• Willingness to learn additional tools (e.g., Cvent for conference list uploads).

Contract & Location

• Duration: 12-month contract
• Remote: Preferred locations include New York, NY, Little Falls, NJ, DC Metro, Houston, TX, Samford, CT, NC, and FL.

Pay

• $23–$27 per hour (actual pay depends on experience, skills, certifications/training, and location).
