Role: Manual QA Engineer - AI Trainer

Contribute to the development of AI systems by designing, solving, and evaluating coding tasks used for AI training and improvement.

What you’ll do

• Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and provide detailed explanations.
• Review/evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.

What we’re looking for

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Preferred: Kotlin experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
• Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer / Engineer / Coder / Programmer.

Work style & compensation

• Fully remote with a flexible schedule (choose projects and when you work).
• Paid hourly per project, starting at $50–$100+/hr (higher rates possible with strong performance).
• Payments made via PayPal.
