Manual QA Engineer - AI Trainer

Role Overview

You’ll join DataAnnotation’s coding community to contribute to training and improving AI systems. The work is fully remote and project-based, with flexibility to choose which tasks you take on and when you work.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and provide detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that helps shape future AI model outputs

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Programming proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C++, C#, React, Go, Java, Swift
• Preferred: Kotlin experience
• Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer/Engineer, Coder, or Programmer

Location / Eligibility

• Work available only to people located in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

Compensation & Logistics

• Paid hourly for projects, up to $60 USD/hour
• Higher-paying projects may be available with strong performance
• Payments are made via PayPal; no fees are charged to contributors
