Manual QA Engineer - AI Trainer

Role overview

Join DataAnnotation to help develop and improve cutting-edge AI systems through AI training tasks. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling where you can choose projects and work based on your availability.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Prefer experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer

Preferred skills

• Kotlin experience
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Work model & logistics

• Fully remote: work from anywhere in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand
• Flexible schedule: choose projects and when you work
• Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour (higher-paying projects possible with strong performance)
• Payment via PayPal

Hiring process

• After signing up, complete a short assessment (acts as the interview). If you pass, you receive confirmation and paid work becomes available.
