Manual QA Engineer - AI Trainer

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team to help develop cutting-edge AI systems through paid programming work. The role is fully remote with flexibility to choose projects and schedule. Work becomes available after completing a short assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Preferred: experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Engineer/Programmer

Nice-to-Haves

• Kotlin experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Compensation & Logistics

• Paid work is hourly (up to $60 USD/hour), with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance

• Role availability limited to US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand
