Role Overview

Manager, Services Delivery at Nutanix leads regional service delivery strategy and delivery execution, driving customer outcomes, team performance, and financial success within Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional service delivery plans aligned to organizational goals.
• Lead and manage a professional services team; build a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
• Improve customer satisfaction through strong governance and proactive risk mitigation for service engagements.
• Drive financial performance by optimizing bookings, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional sales leaders and partners to support growth initiatives.
• Lead escalations for complex delivery and product issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Perform regular assessments of team performance and service quality, implementing improvements to follow best practices.
• Set first-year objectives focused on efficiency, revenue growth, and team capability building, using feedback loops with product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years IT industry experience, including expertise in compute, networking, and storage.
• 5+ years direct leadership experience in Professional Services delivery, managing teams of 10+.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, reporting, and managing Professional Services business metrics.
• 2+ years experience creating/interpreting/modifying Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading large-scale customer-facing projects and IT transformations.
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing and modern software development methodologies, including IaaS and PaaS.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Work Arrangement

• Remote primarily; potential need to visit a local office and/or travel based on business needs.

Compensation

• Expected base pay range at commencement: USD $131,200 – $186,000 per year (final base varies by factors such as location and experience). Total compensation may include additional elements.
