Manager, Services Delivery

Role Overview

Manager, Services Delivery at Nutanix leads regional service delivery strategy, manages professional services teams, and drives customer satisfaction and financial performance for service engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic service delivery plans for the region aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee and manage a professional services team; build a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
• Improve customer satisfaction through governance practices and proactive risk mitigation.
• Drive financial success via optimization of bookings, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional sales leaders and partners to support growth initiatives.
• Lead escalation for complex delivery and product issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Conduct regular assessments of team performance and service quality; implement improvements and adherence to best practices.
• Set first-year objectives focused on delivery efficiency, revenue growth, and team capability building, using feedback loops with product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT industry experience, including compute, networking, and storage.
• 5+ years of direct leadership experience in professional services delivery, managing teams of 10+.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, reporting, and Pro Services business metrics.
• Experience creating/interpreting/modifying Statements of Work (SOW) (2+ years).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading large-scale customer-facing projects and IT transformations with strategic planning/project management.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing and modern software development methodologies, including IaaS and PaaS.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent and drive a high-performance team culture.

Work Arrangement

• Remote (primarily remote) with potential occasional local office visits and/or travel based on business needs.

Compensation

• Pay range: USD $131,200 – $186,000 per year (base pay may vary by factors such as location and experience). Total compensation may include sign-on bonus and equity (RSUs).
