About the role

Role Overview

The client is seeking a Manager – Scrum Master to lead medium to large projects and technical initiatives in a healthcare environment. You will collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead one or more medium to large projects/programs
  • Oversee collection and documentation of project requirements
  • Define and communicate team roles and responsibilities
  • Gather staffing requirements and form project teams
  • Independently plan work to meet project goals
  • Assess project performance and implement changes as needed
  • Develop metrics and methods to evaluate project progress

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience on large, complex IT projects
  • 3+ years experience in a PMO environment as a Project Lead or Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred

Location & Compensation

  • Remote (US-based candidates only)
  • No visa sponsorship
  • Compensation: $101,970 – $203,940 annually
