Role Overview

Manager - Scrum Master (Full-time)

Facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and support Product Owners while ensuring effective Scrum execution. Counsel Scrum Master teams on Agile principles and values, drive continuous improvement, and help build a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and facilitate Scrum events; remove impediments and promote collaboration
• Support the Product Owner and implement the Scrum framework effectively
• Counsel Scrum Master teams on Agile principles/values to enable self-organization, continuous learning, and continuous improvement
• Interpret Agile metrics and reporting to track and report team progress
• Design and develop process evaluation tools to assess Scrum principle adoption
• Create actionable insights from analytics on productivity, velocity, and quality
• Develop a stakeholder communication strategy to gather and incorporate feedback
• Handle responsibilities needed to facilitate the Scrum process and support the Scrum team
• Implement sharing/documentation systems (e.g., wikis, documentation platforms, knowledge management)
• Instruct team members and support stakeholders/Product Owners on Agile mindset, values, principles, and practices
• Interface with teams and stakeholders as a buffer to potential obstacles

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience
• Strong skills in:

  • Growth mindset (agility and developing self/others)
  • Execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
