About the role

Role Overview

As Manager, Product Management at Matriculate, you will shape how technology supports 5,000+ students, advisors, and staff nationwide. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technology, you will act as a bridge between users, technology partners/consultants, and organizational leaders to ensure systems are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with the mission.

Responsibilities

Lead product management efforts that translate user needs into technology improvements.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and prioritize enhancements.
Guide and inform technology investments to improve organizational effectiveness and increase student impact.
Help manage Matriculate’s technology ecosystem, including emerging AI capabilities in AWS.
Support a wide range of users, including:
- College students serving as near-peer advisors and student leaders
- High school students working toward college
- Staff across functional areas
- Senior leaders who rely on real-time data for decisions

Requirements

2+ years of product management experience.
Experience building or supporting solutions on AWS.

Nice to Haves

Experience with AI capabilities in AWS (explicitly referenced as part of the ecosystem you will manage).
