About the role
Role Overview
Manager (or Senior Manager), Programs will own and run CSP’s next-generation applied wealth-holder programs in the Americas, taking each program from concept through launch and then managing it as a repeatable annual series.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Programs, you will oversee end-to-end program operations including curriculum, stakeholder management, delivery, evaluation, and year-over-year improvement.
Programs to Own (Next 3 Years)
- Investing Lab (Americas, alumni-only): finalize design, launch first cohort in Nov 2026, and run ongoing. Participants conduct real due diligence and deploy real capital via a live impact fund and Investment Committee with monthly sessions across the year.
- Annual Family Office Program – U.S. West Coast (likely San Francisco): design, launch in 2027, and run annually by adapting CSP’s peer-led, case-study-driven curriculum for a North American cohort.
- Annual Family Office Program – U.S. East Coast (likely New York City): launch in 2028 and run both editions on an ongoing basis thereafter.
Note: These are practical, peer-led, case-based programs with real stakes—not lecture courses.
Responsibilities
Program Design & Delivery (25%)
- Complete and design the Investing Lab curriculum and participant journey using CSP research and frameworks.
- Design West Coast (2027) and East Coast (2028) Family Office programs by adapting existing global content and case-study formats.
- Build instructional design for peer-based, case-driven adult learning (minimal slide-heavy lecture).
- Translate research findings and real-world cases into decision-useful program content.
- Facilitate and orchestrate live sessions in person and online, guiding peer exchange and hands-on work; coordinate facilitation with subject-matter experts.
Ongoing Program Management (50%)
- Own day-to-day, year-round operations for each launched program: operating plan, timeline, budget, and execution.
- Manage senior faculty and support subject-matter expert engagement and delivery.
