About the role
Role overview
As Manager of Solutions Engineering (Pro Product) at ServiceTitan, you will support sales efforts, lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers, and drive operational improvements. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Pro Sales and Enterprise teams to deliver creative solutions for complex customer workflows.
Key missions
- Support sales in client-facing meetings and calls by leading custom product demonstrations grounded in customer business processes and workflows.
- Manage, train, and coach a team of Solutions Engineers, including enterprise-level SEs.
- Implement new processes with the Solutions Engineering team to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pro Sales and Enterprise teams to address challenges quickly.
- Maintain competitive understanding and combine technical expertise, product knowledge, industry knowledge, and sales acumen.
- Track operational and financial KPIs and report on performance.
Requirements
- Strong teaching and leadership skills to maximize team performance.
- Organized and analytical approach; ability to remove sales obstacles via creative, adaptive methods.
- Excellent presentation and professional communication (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts simply in a practical business context.
- Track record of success in prior roles.
- 2–4 years in a Solutions Engineer role at a SaaS company.
Preferred / nice-to-haves
- 1–2 years in a management role.
- Experience/familiarity with ServiceTitan products and the relevant line of business.
