Manager of Site Reliability Engineering

Role Overview

Lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team at Filevine, driving system reliability, platform execution, and sustainable delivery. Partner with Product and development engineering to clarify goals, unblock teams, and ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead system reliability and lead platform project execution in collaboration with Product Managers and development teams.
• Grow, coach, and mentor a high-performing team; build engaged, autonomous engineers.
• Drive outcomes with Product: clarify goals, define success metrics, and remove blockers so teams can ship meaningful value to customers.
• Own sustainable delivery and shape how the SRE team works.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience in software engineering or infrastructure management, including team leadership.
• Strong project management skills.
• SRE/FedRAMP/Security-minded leadership.
• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with incident management processes and workflows.
• Passion for continuous learning, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in a hybrid environment.

Nice-to-Haves / Preferred

• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform (or strong eagerness to learn quickly).
