Role Overview

Join Airbnb’s Recruiting Operations team as Manager of Recruiting Systems and Data. You’ll oversee Airbnb’s recruiting tech stack, lead a team of analysts, and make data and systems decisions that support recruiting leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and direct the recruiting technology stack architecture, making strategic decisions on systems and data.
• Lead and manage a team of technical and data analysts in recruiting, setting high expectations and developing team capabilities.
• Define and own the roadmap for Airbnb’s recruiting technology ecosystem, including build/buy/integrate decisions.
• Design recruiting data architecture and establish reporting infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships and support system implementation and evolution.

Requirements

• 7–10 years experience in recruiting systems, HR technology, or people analytics.
• 1–2+ years people management experience (leading analysts/technical team).
• Deep expertise in enterprise ATS administration and configuration, ideally with multi-system integrations.
• Strong technical credibility; familiarity with data modeling or analytics engineering.
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical complexity into clear, decision-ready language for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience leading system implementations or migrations at meaningful scope and complexity.

Nice to Have

• Background in HR Tech implementation, solutions architecture, or people data strategy.
