About the role
Role Overview
Lead and develop AlphaSense’s Talent Acquisition Coordination team to ensure a best-in-class candidate and interviewer experience. Support and evolve Talent Acquisition programs that improve hiring quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
Key Missions
- Manage and scale the Talent Acquisition Coordination team.
- Own and improve scheduling operations, optimizing workflows and strengthening service standards.
- Partner on recruiting systems support.
- Support and evolve TA programs (e.g., initiatives that enhance hiring quality and operational excellence).
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or a related People function.
- 5+ years experience directly managing and developing people, ideally in a high-volume or fast-scaling environment.
- Proven ability to build or improve operational processes at scale.
- Strong leadership through ambiguity, growth, and change.
- Ownership mindset; accountable for outcomes.
- Data-informed approach balancing metrics with human-centered leadership.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting recruiting programs such as interviewer training, early talent initiatives, or process improvement programs.
