About the role
Role Overview
Pindrop is seeking a Manager of Corporate Finance to build and scale the next stage of its finance function. The role will strengthen planning, reporting, analytics, and decision support through improved processes, better data, and practical AI-enabled automation.
You will connect finance planning and forecasting with SaaS metrics, cash visibility, and capital allocation to deliver clear insights to the ELT, Board, and investors.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate planning cadence across monthly/quarterly forecasts and operating plans (AOP, MRP, LRP) including base/upside/downside scenarios.
- Build and own the company’s integrated three-statement operating model (driver-based assumptions) anchored in NetSuite/GAAP actuals.
- Own planning infrastructure: consolidation, automation, and end-to-end workflows across:
- FP&A planning tools and NetSuite-to-planning actuals feeds
- S&M / R&D / G&A rollups
- Budget-owner KPIs and spend management
- AI-enabled reporting refreshes, variance commentary, forecast-risk flags, and close-to-forecast process
- Own SaaS performance and executive reporting, including narratives and dashboards covering:
- ARR bridge, GRR/NRR, cohort retention/expansion
- Rule of 40, burn multiple, Magic Number
- CAC payback, LTV/CAC, gross & operating margin
- Cash conversion and capital efficiency
- Benchmark performance against public/private SaaS peer comps and identify gaps/opportunities across growth durability, margin structure, GTM efficiency, retention, operating leverage, and cash conversion.
- Partner with functional leaders and G&A to translate insights into operating actions (e.g., headcount plans, compensation decisions, spend guardrails).
- Support fundraising and corporate initiatives including M&A, IPO readiness, and investor communications as Pindrop scales.
