Manager of Corporate Finance

Role Overview

Pindrop is hiring a Manager of Corporate Finance to build and scale the next stage of its finance function. You will enhance planning, reporting, analytics, and decision support by improving processes and data, and by leveraging AI-enabled automation.

The role partners with the business and G&A and helps support major strategic moments including fundraising, M&A, and IPO readiness, with a strong emphasis on investor-grade modeling and executive communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate planning cadence across monthly and quarterly forecasts, including AOP, MRP, LRP, and base/upside/downside scenarios.
• Build and own the company’s integrated three-statement operating model anchored in NetSuite / GAAP actuals and driver-based assumptions (bookings, billings, revenue recognition, deferred revenue/RPO, headcount, opex, working capital, debt/interest, D&A, taxes, equity).
• Own planning infrastructure, including consolidation and automation across the FP&A planning tool, NetSuite-to-planning actuals feeds, S&M/R&D/G&A rollups, and budget-owner KPI/spend management.
• Create AI-enabled workflows to automate reporting refreshes, variance commentary, forecast-risk flags, and improve the close-to-forecast process.
• Own company-level SaaS metrics and executive dashboards and produce performance narratives including:
  • ARR bridge, GRR/NRR, cohort retention/expansion
  • Rule of 40, burn multiple, Magic Number
  • CAC payback, LTV/CAC, gross & operating margin
  • Cash conversion and capital efficiency
• Benchmark Pindrop vs public/private SaaS peers to identify gaps and opportunities in growth durability, margin structure, GTM efficiency, retention, operating leverage, cash conversion, valuation drivers, and profitability progression.
• Translate insights into operating actions with functional leaders and G&A partners (e.g., headcount plans, compensation decisions, spend guardrails, productivity targets).

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills for insight extraction and driver-based financial modeling.
• Experience building corporate planning processes and integrated forecasting/operating models.
• Ability to automate reporting and improve data flows and forecast accuracy.
• Clear, crisp executive and investor communication.
