About the role
Role overview
Intellijoint is hiring a Manager, Marketing to lead downstream marketing activities for its US commercial team. This high-ownership role reports directly to the CEO and focuses on brand quality and pipeline generation—building campaigns that convert while ensuring Intellijoint maintains a premium look, voice, and experience.
Responsibilities
Demand generation & campaign execution
- Design and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, content, paid) to generate measurable leads for field sales.
- Develop and own marketing automation and CRM-integrated workflows to capture, nurture, and track leads through the funnel.
- Build and manage KPI dashboards to report performance and continuously optimize programs.
- Support sales reps with targeted account-based marketing aligned to key territories.
- Identify industry and partnership opportunities to build credibility and awareness in new territories.
- Manage a surgeon advocacy/reference program, creating content and campaigns with existing customers to support sales objectives.
Brand positioning & messaging
- Own the brand positioning and messaging framework; ensure consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.
- Serve as brand steward by setting/enforcing standards for visual identity, tone of voice, and design quality.
- Translate clinical, technical, and economic product value into clear messaging and sales tools for surgeons, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a library of high-quality collateral and sales enablement assets (e.g., digital assets, case studies, white papers).
Digital presence & content strategy
- Lead digital strategy for the website and social channels including SEO, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure a coordinated, engaging, and consistent digital presence across both brands.
Requirements
- Strong MedTech marketing experience and the ability to ramp quickly (leads from day one).
- Ability to build and run multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads for a field sales team.
- Strong commitment to brand quality across look/feel/voice and an ability to maintain high standards at every touchpoint.
- Strategic understanding of digital marketing in a MedTech context.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting global markets and/or OEM (IJX) business units.
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM workflows and funnel reporting.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and continuous optimization.
Compensation & benefits
- Salary range: $100,000–$125,000 USD (based on experience, skills, market data, and internal equity)
