About the role
Role Overview
You will help design, execute, and continuously improve enterprise-wide talent strategies. Partnering with senior leaders and HR teams, you will translate workforce and people data into executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations, supporting organizational effectiveness and employee development in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Evolve and execute enterprise talent strategies aligned with business priorities
- Lead and support key talent processes, including:
- Talent reviews
- Performance management
- Goal setting
- Succession planning
- Individual development planning
- Simplify and enhance talent practices to improve employee and people-leader experience
- Drive strategic HR and culture initiatives related to organizational transformation and future ways of working
- Partner with HR and business leaders to implement enterprise-wide programs
- Create executive-ready presentations, communications, and materials
- Analyze talent and culture data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support leadership reporting and high-priority workforce initiatives
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness
- Alternative: 14+ years with a high school diploma/GED
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with leaders
- Proven experience leading complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to turn data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive narratives
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and driving measurable results
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Occasional travel as required
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience (asset)
