About the role
Role Overview
Manager, Credit Card Business Strategy (Individual Contributor) at Snap Finance.
You will help manage and grow Snap Finance’s general-purpose branded credit card portfolio within the cards organization. You’ll partner with the Seen Leadership Team and coordinate cross-functionally to turn data and strategy into execution for Product, Marketing, Risk, Analytics, Operations, and more.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership in shaping strategy and priorities for the branded credit card portfolio.
- Define and maintain goals and KPIs (e.g., acquisition, activation, spend, balances, losses, economics).
- Build and update financial models and lightweight business cases for features, pricing, channels, and offers.
- Prepare leadership materials (business updates, initiative status, performance deep dives).
- Translate strategic priorities into problem statements, requirements, and work items for partner teams.
- Track end-to-end execution of initiatives (timelines, dependencies, risks) and escalate as needed.
- Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Servicing for delivery and measurement.
- Maintain a visible portfolio/initiative tracker.
- Monitor KPIs and dashboards with Analytics and Finance; investigate performance issues and root causes.
- Recommend and help implement data-driven actions (tests, changes, follow-ups) with Product, Marketing, and Risk.
- Build understanding of customer segments and pain points using data, research, and partner feedback.
- Track competitive/market trends in general-purpose credit cards and bring insights into planning.
- Partner with Marketing on channel strategy and campaigns (positioning, cross-sell, lifecycle actions).
- Work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure proposals meet policy and regulatory expectations.
- Support Product and Operations on documenting business requirements and considering operational/servicing impacts.
- Identify operational pain points affecting customer experience and propose improvements.
- Act as a central coordination point; communicate priorities, status, and key decisions clearly.
- Ensure alignment between branded credit card initiatives and broader Snap/Seen portfolio strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management (posting cut off mid-sentence, so additional requirements are not visible).
Nice to Have / Additional Signals
- Strong comfort with KPI ownership, financial modeling, and cross-functional execution.
- Ability to use analytics to diagnose funnel/usage/loss and unit economics performance.
- Experience working with risk/compliance/regulatory considerations in a financial products context.
