Role Overview

Machine Learning Engineer at Verita AI, supporting the development and deployment of machine learning systems for internal automation and AI-powered platform features.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain production machine learning systems
Build ML components supporting:
- expert matching
- scoring/ranking of performance
- recommendation and matching logic
- LLM applications (where relevant)
- automation and talent management tooling
Work with researchers and engineers at advanced AI labs
Help shape infrastructure behind frontier AI development

Requirements

Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining production ML systems
Experience with at least one of the following:
- recommendation systems
- matching algorithms
- LLM applications
- human-data platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical, data-driven mindset
Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure problems from scratch

Nice-to-Haves

Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with comfort in operationally intensive work
High attention to detail and strong quality focus
Interest in consumer/expert community platforms and scaling systems
