Machine Learning Engineer (Remote)

Role Overview

Joveo Ai is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer (Remote) to build the models and ML infrastructure behind Joveo’s AI-driven hiring decisions. You’ll own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from feature engineering through model deployment, ensuring production-ready, scalable, and accurate models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models at production scale
• Build feature engineering pipelines and maintain feature stores
• Develop model evaluation frameworks and monitor production model performance
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize experimental models
• Build and maintain ML infrastructure, including:
  • training pipelines
  • serving layers
  • model registries
• Research and evaluate new ML techniques for recruitment advertising

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or XGBoost
• Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines from ingestion to model serving
• Familiarity with ML platforms such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLflow, or Kubeflow
• Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning fundamentals
• Experience with feature stores, model versioning, and experiment tracking
• Strong software engineering skills: clean, tested, production-grade ML code

• Research experience applying new ML techniques to recruitment advertising use cases
