Role Overview

Machine Learning Engineer (Full-time, remote) at Pickleball Management Group. You will develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to improve processes and operations.

Responsibilities

Preprocess and prepare data for modeling
Build and maintain machine learning pipelines
Develop and work with neural networks
Create scalable machine learning solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML applications with business objectives

Requirements

Strong foundation in Computer Science (Algorithms, Data Structures)
Proficiency in Machine Learning (Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks)
Solid understanding of Statistics for predictive analytics
Relevant experience implementing and optimizing ML pipelines
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems
BS or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field

Nice to Haves

Experience with Python, R, or Java
Prior exposure to the sports or recreation industry
