Role Overview

A startup is seeking a technical co-founder / Machine Learning Engineer to build an agentic workflow platform for automating biological research and running R&D labs. The work involves architecting a system that can process multi-modal datasets and real-time lab data.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build an ML-enabled platform for agentic workflows in R&D/lab automation
• Process multi-modal datasets and real-time lab data
• Develop and deploy machine learning models in production
• Integrate with high-throughput databases
• Support cloud infrastructure needed to run the platform

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to co-found/build
• Strong interest in bio/biological research
• Solid Python skills
• NLP/LLM background
• Experience with cloud infrastructure
• Experience deploying ML models into production
• Expertise integrating with high-throughput databases

Preferred

• Ideally based in London/UK, but remote is possible
