Machine Learning Engineer – AI Data Trainer (Hourly Contract) at Alignerr. This remote role involves creating structured training logs and datasets that teach AI models to solve practical problems reliably.

What You’ll Do

Draft precise, organized logical logs for sophisticated technical challenges.
Record sequential strategizing and choice-making workflows.
Generate training datasets that demonstrate proficient tool interaction for AI models.

Requirements

Professional expertise in Machine Learning, Engineering, or another technical discipline.
Strong ability to explain intricate logical processes and methodologies clearly.
Critical thinking to audit and refine AI-generated reasoning steps.
Master’s degree or PhD preferred.

Nice to Have

Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
