Role Overview

Join Zillow’s Agentic AI team on the Applied Reasoning team as a Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic AI. You will design, build, and productionize domain-specialized AI capabilities that enable Zillow’s AI agents to reason, plan, and act reliably at scale in real customer environments.

You Will Get To

• Design and build scalable AI infrastructure and services to power agentic AI applications
• Develop advanced reasoning and agentic capabilities for autonomous, adaptive operation in dynamic real-world settings
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and optimization to ensure production reliability and responsiveness
• Apply and operationalize emerging agentic AI techniques to influence product direction
• Collaborate with applied scientists, engineers, and product teams to move from prototypes to robust production systems
• Contribute to best practices in distributed ML systems, scalable architecture, and responsible AI deployment

Who You Are (Requirements)

• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years building production ML systems and services
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, orchestration, or multi-step reasoning applications
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/AI frameworks (text cuts off after “TensorFl…”)
