About the role

Role Overview

As a Logs Specialist at Dynatrace, you’ll serve as the primary domain authority (SME) for the company’s Log Management solution. You will drive adoption and customer consumption, including displacing legacy log tools.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Logs, staying current with industry trends and clearly communicating the architectural advantages of the Dynatrace Grail™ data lakehouse.
Partner with Global Sales (Account Executives/SEs) to:
- Demonstrate the value of Dynatrace Grail™
- Help customers transition to a unified, AI-powered observability platform
- Identify and execute displacement plays against legacy log incumbents
Lead high-stakes Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Architect resilient, vendor-neutral log ingestion frameworks.
Support customers with complex log-routing scenarios and related architectural decisions.

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise as a Logs domain SME (log management, ingestion, and routing).
Ability to lead and win POCs in customer-facing, technical sales contexts.

Nice-to-Haves

Strong understanding of unified observability and data lakehouse concepts.
Experience collaborating closely with Sales/SE teams on technical demonstrations and displacement strategies.
