Opportunity Overview

Handshake is looking for experienced retail logistics and transportation professionals for flexible, hourly contract work supporting AI research. This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity you can do alongside other commitments.

What You’ll Do

• Create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real retail logistics and transportation workflows
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world freight management and logistics practices
• Provide structured written feedback to help improve AI model performance
• Complete tasks at your own pace in a remote, asynchronous environment (no set schedule)

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in retail logistics or transportation management (e.g., Transportation Manager, Logistics Manager/Analyst, Distribution/Freight Operations Manager, TMS Analyst, Supply Chain Visibility Analyst)
• Hands-on experience with workflows such as freight invoice auditing and delivery route planning
• Familiarity with transportation management / supply chain visibility platforms such as Oracle OTM and FourKites
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience evaluating or documenting logistics processes for training/learning purposes (implied by “expert-level training questions and scenarios”).
