Role Overview

Full-time remote role for a LLM & RL Engineering & Agentic Engineering Specialist at YC Bench. You will build and iterate on reinforcement learning (RL) models, develop large language models (LLMs), and integrate agentic solutions into the benchmarking workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and experiment with machine learning models (RL and LLM-related work)
• Develop and iterate on LLMs
• Integrate agentic solutions across benchmark processes
• Perform in-depth data analysis to support model improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements to the YC Bench platform

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of reinforcement learning and LLM development
• Analytical skills for processing, interpreting, and deriving insights from data
• Strong communication and project management skills to collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and in a remote environment
