Role overview
Brightwheel is hiring a Lifecycle & Campaign Marketing Manager (full remote). You will own the campaign strategy across the prospect and customer lifecycle, create lifecycle campaign concepts, and establish a structured testing agenda to drive measurable improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy across the lifecycle, including seasonal programs, reengagement, upsell, and pipeline support.
- Develop campaign concepts and write or direct copy, building creative from brief to send while aligning with overall marketing strategy.
- Design and maintain a structured testing agenda, generating documented learnings and driving real change.
- Partner with the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to translate messaging frameworks into lifecycle campaigns.
- Work with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and operate a full-funnel lifecycle engine.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle, campaign, or growth marketing, with ownership of conversion metrics.
- Strong writing skills; able to craft compelling email and in-app copy that is clear, on-brand, and built to convert.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot, Intercom, or a comparable MAP.
- Ability to pull and analyze performance data, interpret it clearly, and make decisions based on results.
- Experience running structured experiments with hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
