About the role
Role Overview
Licensed Customer Service Representative (Remote)
- Provide timely, accurate, responsive service to policyholders and agents within the Customer Response Center for Personal Lines products.
- Work independently within policy scope and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Identify and own customer policy needs to support customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.
Training
- Paid training (full-time): Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm EST
- Attendance and active engagement are mandatory for success.
Shifts
- After onboarding/training: start time between 8:30am–10:30am EST
- Weekend rotation required: one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) with an alternate day off mid-week.

- Must have a quiet, secure, distraction-free workspace and dependable wired internet:
- Upload: at least 5 Mbps
- Download: at least 25 Mbps
Requirements
- Active P&C Producers insurance license REQUIRED
- 2+ years related Customer Service experience (required)
- Associates degree or 1+ year Insurance experience (preferred)
- Ability to review, record, and organize written data from multiple sources (no prescribed format)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
- Starting salary range depends on factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location.
- Some roles may include commission and/or bonus depending on the compensation plan.
