Legal Engineer, EMEA (Funds or IP)

Role Overview

Harvey is hiring a Legal Engineer (EMEA) to help customers and prospects understand how Harvey’s AI solutions improve real day-to-day legal workflows. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to support the company’s sales strategy and to secure the “legal win” through targeted discovery, education, and demos.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and explain/demo how Harvey can address them.
• Establish credibility as an expert in solving customers’ legal problems, including:
  • Researching public and private databases
  • Drafting and analyzing contractual provisions and whole documents
  • Analyzing briefs and filings
  • Corporate governance and due diligence
• Lead tailored product demonstrations for different law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams.
• Partner with marketing to create content tailored to specific practice areas and lawyer/client needs.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer” by synthesizing customer feedback and helping shape sales and product strategy from a legal perspective.
• Tailor introductions of new solutions to customer needs.
• Support market perception by helping position Harvey as credible and substantive for lawyers.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.
• Travel may be required from time to time for customer meetings.
