Legal Counsel (BigLaw) working remotely on a contract basis.
- Hours: 10–40 hrs/week
- Pay: $140–$280/hour

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a range of US law topics and provide nuanced guidance.
- Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure information is current and accurate.
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents including:
- memoranda
- opinions
- contracts
- other relevant materials
- Evaluate legal texts and provide structured feedback on clarity, accuracy, and best-practice alignment.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and handle complex legal scenarios.
- Support content quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities.
Requirements
- Active US law license.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Experience in top Law Firms (BigLaw).
- Proven ability in legal analysis, research, and drafting across varied legal subjects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and demonstrated experience reviewing legal content.
