Role Overview

Legal Counsel (Remote, US-based candidates only)

The Legal Counsel will provide business-aligned guidance across governance, compliance, and operational risk management, translating complex legal issues into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions
Draft and negotiate contracts independently
Advise cross-functional teams including Revenue, Marketing, and HR
Build and scale the legal function within the company
Support public company readiness initiatives
Help plan for board and committee meetings
Oversee global compliance and corporate administration

Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to a state bar
3–5 years of experience (top law firm preferred), ideally with in-house experience
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus
