Legal Counsel (General Counsel)

Role Responsibilities

Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on real-world scenarios and company requirements.
Draft, analyze, and annotate commercial agreements, ensuring clarity, precision, and compliance.
Provide commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies.
Curate and supply non-confidential, eligible transaction materials to support project documentation objectives.
Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates to improve efficiency and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with the company team to ensure materials meet project guidelines and AI-training needs.
Provide high-quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding and output.

Current or prior experience as General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel, with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management in corporate environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
Experience developing and/or using contract negotiation playbooks for companies.
Familiarity with document-driven assignments (sourcing/submitting eligible materials).
Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights suitable for AI training.
