Legal Consultant specializing in Derivatives to advise business clients and support legal work in a changing financial regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise business clients directly with practical guidance aligned to evolving financial regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate standard and complex derivatives documentation for sell-side and buy-side clients
• Support projects responding to current regulatory and political changes
• Advise on risk mitigation strategies and maintain up-to-date regulatory standards
• Assist with the development of new products and markets (where applicable)

Requirements

• Legal practitioner with 2+ years experience in derivatives / structured products
• Experience gained either in private practice or in-house
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Adaptability to new situations and environments
