Role overview
Stoïk is hiring a Legal & Claims Manager (Belgium market) for a full-remote position. You will own the drafting and maintenance of cyber insurance policies, manage distribution partnerships, and handle cyber claims with strong compliance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Draft and maintain cyber insurance policies for the Belgian market
- Negotiate and manage distribution partnerships
- Handle cyber claims end-to-end
- Produce claims reporting for risk carriers
- Ensure compliance with Belgian insurance law
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to adapt contracts and documentation to the Stoïk app
Requirements
- Experience drafting insurance contracts
- Proven claims management experience
- Knowledge of Belgian insurance law
- Fluency in English and Dutch
Nice to have
- Fluency in French
- Background in cyber insurance
