Role Overview

Legal Advisor (Contract, Remote) Provide legal analysis, research, and drafting support across a range of US legal topics, collaborating remotely with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis and provide nuanced guidance on US law topics
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents (e.g., memoranda, opinions, contracts)
• Provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and best-practice alignment
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and handle complex legal scenarios
• Support content quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States
• Strong academic credentials
• Proven ability in legal analysis, legal research, and legal drafting across a range of subjects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience reviewing legal content
• Proven track record of remote collaboration in multidisciplinary projects

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents
