Role Overview

Legal Advisor (BigLaw) supporting US legal work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a range of US law topics and provide nuanced guidance.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure information is current and accurate.
• Draft, review, and edit legal materials including:
  • memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant documents
• Assess legal texts and provide structured feedback on clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and handle complex legal scenarios.
• Support quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal documents.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience in top Law Firms (BigLaw).
• Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across multiple legal subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and improving legal content.

Logistics

• Remote
• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Compensation

• $140–$280/hour (contract)
