About the role
Role: Learning Architect
The Learning Architect applies content knowledge and pedagogical expertise to design digital instructional and assessment materials.
Responsibilities
- Review the work of external vendors/independent contractors for quality and adherence to project specifications; provide feedback.
- Analyze standards and curriculum requirements to help develop blueprints, scope & sequences, and other content-planning documents.
- Write and edit educational materials such as lessons, activities, assignments, and assessment items.
- Communicate and collaborate across functional teams and with vendors/independent contractors to manage projects and resolve challenges.
- Track project status and schedule to maintain pedagogical consistency across work streams.
Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $57,819–$70,000 per year.
- Possible incentive/commission/annual bonus based on performance.
