Someone that thinks conceptually and leads the execution of online visual identity as well as being skilled in conversion-led design for transactional websites. </p> <h3>What you’ll be doing:</h3> <p>Creating digital brand look and feel, design systems and pixel perfect responsive interfaces for key clients, ensuring you consider usability and accessibility standards, and that you meet both user and business needs. You’ll take a systematic approach to design, anticipating future needs and building in flexibility and efficiency. </p> <p>Your work will be of the highest standard and will impress clients. You will be able to showcase a portfolio of online experiences across the whole customer journey. You will lead and support multiple designers and have the experience to elevate and strengthen our UI Design offering. </p> <p>You can clearly and persuasively communicate the design process to clients from concept to solution, proactively owning problems and feedback. </p> <h3>What we want from you:</h3> <ul> <li>Design excellence and leadership: </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Demonstrable eCommerce experience. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Skilled in standard software: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Creative, yet meticulous. Detail oriented with a keen sense of craftsmanship. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Enjoys leading designers to help them create their best work. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Brand and design systems </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience creating, evolving and developing brand identity. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understand and able to create and theme design systems for brands that we work with. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Systematic approach to work, anticipating future needs for clients and customers. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Keen collaborator with software engineering. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Approach </strong></p> <ul> <li>Great attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to manage own projects and to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Able to multi-task and perform well under pressure. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Presentation </strong></p> <ul> <li>Leads design on key accounts with senior stakeholders, presents concepts and owns design decisions. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Senior representative of the UI &amp; Content team within agency. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Comfortable pitching as part of a wider team. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working at a number of digital / creative agencies and / or in-house design studios. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Degree educated in Graphic design / UI or similar discipline. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Breadth of experience across sectors / audiences. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Compelling portfolio that demonstrates high quality design online, including eCommerce</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>What we can offer you:</h3> <p>Alongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we’ll also prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills.
