About the role
Role overview
Join UpToDate (Wolters Kluwer) as a Lead Technical Product Manager to drive growth for AI-enabled healthcare products. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning clinician awareness, acquisition, activation, and engagement, using data to shape user experiences and growth strategy.
Key missions
- Define and run a comprehensive growth strategy for UpToDate Expert AI, identifying the highest-impact levers to increase adoption.
- Improve how clinicians discover, access, and begin using AI-enabled products by reducing friction and optimizing activation.
- Lead initiatives that span multiple teams and functions to achieve shared growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across engineering, data, marketing, sales, partnerships, and product to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and data teams using technical fluency to guide product execution.
- Use analytics to inform decisions, prioritize work, and measure adoption/engagement impact.
- Navigate ambiguity and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders and audiences (technical, business, executive).
Requirements
- 7–10 years of product management experience.
- Proven success improving user adoption, activation, or early lifecycle engagement with measurable impact.
- Experience working across multiple functions (e.g., marketing, sales, partnerships, product).
- Ability to operate in complex/enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills; experience using data to prioritize.
- Technical fluency and ability to work effectively with engineering and data.
- Experience with healthcare technology and clinician workflows, including barriers to adoption.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products, including LLM-based features.
Nice-to-haves / Additional domain requirements
- Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, or similar regulatory environments.
