Role Overview

Lead/Staff Product Manager for Financial Audit Agents at Fieldguide. You will help build an agentic, AI-native platform that transforms how top audit firms operate, working closely with engineers and strategic customers.

What You’ll Do

Build enterprise-grade AI agents across the audit lifecycle (planning, risk assessment, audit execution, and reporting)
Increase efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience for audit firms
Define and ship zero-to-one features and improve/scale one-to-n features based on customer needs
Shape and drive the product roadmap with engineering and product development teams
Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing to collect feedback, communicate strategy, and drive adoption

What You Bring

5–8+ years of product management experience with deep emphasis on AI/Agents
3+ years of Financial Audit experience as an audit practitioner and/or building financial audit products for the CPA market
Strong written and verbal communication and a track record of cross-functional collaboration
Comfortable with ambiguity when launching new products
Degree in a technical/related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Work Location

Remote-first, with openness to remote or in-person arrangements (HQ in San Francisco, CA)
