About the role

Lead Solutions Engineer (Full Remote)

Own the technical relationship with enterprise partners to ensure seamless integration, launch, and ongoing enhancements of Imprint payment solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic technical partner to enterprise customers/partners, managing complex partner solutions from discovery to long-term success.
Run technical discovery, solution design, and implementation for enterprise partner opportunities, ensuring successful launches.
Lead pre-sales technical discovery and solutioning by understanding partner needs and constraints and mapping Imprint capabilities to requirements.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams from pre-sales through long-term partnership.
Drive repeatable, scalable launch processes; improve operations through tooling and automation.

Requirements

Payments experience is essential, including deep understanding of payment networks, PSPs, and payment product architecture.
Strong judgment balancing partner needs with internal priorities; know when to escalate strategic decisions.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring structure to unstructured problems.
Experience in solutions engineering / implementation engineering / sales engineering or similar client-facing technical roles.
Strong technical background in:
- REST APIs
- Front-end technologies
- Mobile/Web SDKs
General understanding of product development across front-end and back-end concepts.
Detail-oriented with a track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Proven process improvement via tooling/automation.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with data flows and identity/KYC concepts, or risk/compliance considerations in financial products.
Experience with B2B2C partner implementations.
Track record in small, high-performing teams.
Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and automation in technical workflows.
Motivated to operate as a senior individual contributor while building a growing company.
