Role overview

Lead Solutions Engineer (Public Sector, Italy) at Dynatrace. You’ll support the sales team with technical expertise—delivering demos, managing PoCs, and building strong customer relationships to help drive new and expanded business.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the sales team for the Public Sector in Italy
Execute demos and lead technical discussions with prospects and customers
Manage PoCs (proof of concepts) and contribute to cloud architecture discussions
Participate in PoC creation and lead the technical solution evaluation portion for sales opportunities
Evangelize Dynatrace offerings at key account meetings and international trade shows
Identify new sales opportunities and incremental opportunities within existing accounts
Complete RFIs & RFPs
Build and maintain customer relationships across teams

Requirements

Experience in solutions engineering and supporting sales opportunities with technical evaluations
Ability to run demos, manage PoCs, and contribute to cloud architecture conversations
Capability to prepare and respond to RFIs/RFPs and engage with public sector stakeholders

Nice-to-haves

Familiarity with observability products and technical positioning for enterprise/public sector customers
