About the role

Role Overview

As a Lead Solutions Engineer at Dynatrace, you will support the sales team with deep technical expertise. You will deliver demos, manage proof of concepts (PoCs), evaluate cloud solutions, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical pre-sales support: execute product demos and support customer technical discussions.
  • Manage PoCs: participate in PoC creation and lead the technical evaluation portion of solutions for sales opportunities.
  • Drive customer and market engagement: evangelize Dynatrace offerings at international trade shows and key customer account meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales: partner with sales representatives to identify new and incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Contribute to solution design: participate in cloud architecture discussions and guide solution evaluation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in observability or application performance management technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong motivation to grow professionally and build customer relationships.
