About the role

Role Overview

Lead Software QA Engineer (AI Automation) within an AI-first engineering organization. In this high-ownership role, you will shape how the team validates and ships production software by building quality into the system.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

Develop and implement automated test systems that serve as guardrails for software development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define “production-ready” and enforce it through systems, not just processes.
Drive predictable delivery by breaking down work into executable steps and surfacing risks early.
Own the end-to-end flow from data model → product requirements → test strategy → delivery plan.
Redefine QA for AI-first development, ensuring engineers ship with confidence and bugs are caught before customers see them.

Profile / Requirements

Systems-thinking mindset; focus on what happens in production.
Deep experience in quality engineering, SDET, or technical QA/delivery leadership.
Hands-on test automation experience and strong capability with CI/CD systems.
Ability to query and reason across complex data systems (SQL required).
Experience with AI-assisted development or ML/LLM-based systems.
Capability to improve engineering outcomes without becoming a bottleneck.
Comfort pushing back when Product/Sales expectations don’t match reality.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with MarTech / AdTech ecosystems (with healthcare as a major plus).
