As a Lead Software Engineer, you act as the key technical architect across multiple client engagements, ensuring designs and implementations align with customer goals and business outcomes. You will lead technical strategy across the full stack while also contributing directly to production code.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical architect across multiple client engagements
• Lead architecture and design across:
  • Frontend, backend, and cloud/infrastructure layers
  • AWS & Azure infrastructure
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of systems
• Contribute to implementation by writing production-grade, high-quality code
• Collaborate cross-disciplinarily with Hardware, Data Science, and Design teams to build end-to-end connected products
• Partner with the commercial team for pre-sales support, including technical scoping and estimation
• Provide leadership with strong executive presence and accountability to deliver under real deadlines

Requirements

• High standard of technical excellence; set the bar for engineering quality through maintainable, scalable code
• Strong ability to architect modern systems and lead delivery on complex, multi-faceted projects
• Ability to interface across multiple software stacks and with non-software project aspects
• Strong executive presence and client/stakeholder confidence

• Experience working on complex, client-facing engagements
• Experience supporting/participating in 24/7 support rotation (periodic client requirements)

• Travel up to 10% may be required for client engagements
